Performed detailed reconciliation of loan and overdraft transactions at the end of the year between related entities by matching receipts, payments, and transfers across accounting records. Over a decade in bookkeeping, payroll and business operations — across Philippine HR and payroll agencies, U.S. retail companies, and Australian tax service firms. No matter where I worked, I kept seeing the same problems— too much manual work, repeated data entry, endless follow-ups, and spreadsheets that didn't work together. That's what inspired me to start building AI-assisted workflows and software. I began with automation tools like Google App Script, Zapier, n8n, Claude Code, then moved into modern web development using PostgreSQL, edge functions, and a multi-tenant SaaS architecture as my projects became more advanced. Pace Lodgix is the result of that journey—a property management platform built from the ground up in about a month of evenings and weekends, turning an idea into a live SaaS product.
